I work where capital, strategy and technology meet.
I have spent more than twenty years in finance and investing. Today I advise companies, sit on boards, invest in the development of young athletes and run experiments with artificial intelligence.
I graduated in Business Administration from Koç University in 2003 and started my career in audit and financial due diligence at Deloitte and Ernst & Young. After working on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), privatisations, public offerings and debt issues at QNB Finansinvest and Ata Yatırım, I moved into venture capital in 2016.
Today I advise companies on strategy, financing, valuation and M&A at Fideas, and serve on the boards of companies in different sectors, such as Mundi Portföy, Mora Capital and SDS Prestij. Through Max Potential I invest in the development of young athletes, and I teach financial literacy to young people. A growing share of my time goes into experimenting with artificial intelligence.
